Tasks

• Job advertisements: Together with our specialist department, you will develop appealing and target group-oriented job advertisements
• Recruiting: You will be responsible for analyzing applications, conducting interviews and making a narrow pre-selection
• HR marketing: You will support us with HR marketing activities to strengthen our employer brand, take part in selected career fairs and support measures at universities
• Efficient applicant management: you will work closely with our central applicant management team and ensure smooth processes
• Optimize our digital presence: You will maintain and develop our internal HR platforms and the Sharepoint team site

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of human resources, business administration or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in recruiting and/or personnel marketing
• Strong organizational and communication skills (German/English)
• You have an affinity for digital tools and a good feel for people
• You are a real team player and are highly self-motivated
